Hi All, I have an integration running from netsuite to shopify to process the cash refund. in recent days, the process is running for more than five hours which is undesirable. The error message says
"Process terminating -- some documents reached an exception which is set to halt all documents: Process being on hold as daily threshold exceeded on 09/01/2018".
Any idea how to resolve this? Also is there any way to see the documents which is halting the entire process for long hours?
