Filter different fields in JSON without script

I am getting following JSON Format.

{  "customFields":[ { "Name" : "Client Role - PL",  Value: "1" } , { "Name" : "Client Role - RU",  Value: "2" } , { "Name" : " Role",  Value: "X" } , { "Name" : "Client Role - SK"  Value: "3" } ] }

 

I will get around 400 fields information in above JSON format. My requirement is to filter all roles starting with "Client Role" skipping country name in mapping. I would like to avoid script. Out of 400, around 30 field will satisfy criteria "Starting with Client Role" so my output should contain only 30 fields. It should not generate empty values for fields which do not satisfy the condition. 

 

Any idea ?
