How can I include a comma in a value when using an "IN (comma-separated list)" Operator in a Salesforce Operation?

Question asked by clint.rhea on Oct 1, 2018

For example, if I need to query Contacts but filter on the parent Account.Name, I might need to query an account list that includes names like:

('Company, Inc.', 'Company Two')

So far, every attempt to escape or quote the string has resulted in Boomi escaping my escapes, but always breaking on that comma in the resulting SOQL.

Company, Inc. = ('Company','Inc.')
'Company, Inc.' = ('\'Company','Inc.\'')
Company\, Inc. = ('Company\\','Inc.')

How do I pass in the first value that contains a comma so that Boomi doesn't treat the comma as a delimiter?
