When providing a Process Reporting URL in a support case, if you capture it using the date/time range filtering option, it will only work for your timezone.  Also, filters for past hour, past 24 hours and past week are all relative, so they will not produce the same results when accessed later. 
Whenever possible, please provide URLs that are filtered using execution IDs.

 

If the case calls for providing a range (for example to provide evidence of a executions with errors over time), indicate the date, both start and end times, and include the timezone that should be used when viewing the range.

Following this best practice for providing Process Reporting URLs should help to reduce back and forth in cases due to a misunderstanding regarding the executions to be examined. This best practice should also make it easier for everyone to observe the error quicker.
