Customer deleted the process properties and redeployed the process. However the deleted properties still show in the extensions:

Whenever process properties that have other than default value on delete remain in extensions. This is a known issue.
To get out of this situation we may have to do few steps
1. Restore subprocess (all that were referring to or using deleted process properties) to earlier version where deleted properties are being used.
2. Restore process properties component to earlier version containing deleted properties.
3. Go to environment extensions and check default values for all properties you would like to delete.
4. Now in the Highlevel (parent) process select all deleted extensions. Redeploy.
5. Remove references to properties that you would like to delete from subprocesses.
6. Goto process properties component and delete properties that you do not want ( again they should have default value enabled on env/atom extensions )
7.Goto hoigh level process extensions to update it to latest process properties.
8. Redeploy high level process.

These should be able to remove from en/atom extensions screen.
