Documents are not showing in the Process Reporting tab.
If this is happening with a local Atom:
- Check to see if the number of files in the <AtomInstallationFolder>/message/connector-track folder and the <AtomInstallationFolder>/message/process-track are increasing with time.
- If so, stop all schedules for that Atom, restart the Atom and restart the schedules for the Atom
- Monitor the connector-track and process-track folders to check if the number of documents are reducing. This indicates that the documents are beginning to upload to the AtomSphere platform and should show up in the Process Reporting tab.
