You are working with non-english language characters and are receiving an error that looks similar to the following:
Test execution of Organization Update - Japan completed with errors. Embedded message:  First document failure: The data "   " is not legal for a JDOM character content:  "   " is not a legal XML character.
This error is cause by multi-byte characters not being interpreted as UTF-8 encoded characters properly. If you are using a local atom to run your process, look for a file called atom.vmoptions in the atom's installation folder under the bin directory and add this line to it:
  -Dfile.encoding=utf-8

If you are running your process using the Dell Boomi Atom Cloud, you won't have an atom.vmoptions file to edit, so you may need to use a Data process shape and set it to either Character Endcode or Character Decode accordingly.
