Does Boomi support client side SSL certificate authentication for a web service published in Boomi?

Yes. Web services published using Boomi can be configured to authenticate using client certificate authentication (a.k.a. mutual authentication or two-way SSL authentication). In Manage > Atom Management > select Atom > Shared Web Server > Authentication Settings, choose "Client Certificate" (API Type must be set to Intermediate or Advanced). Then on the Shared Web Server > User Management tab, select a public certificate to associate with each user.
