What does the gray shape in test mode mean?

My process stopped in test mode with a gray circle on the last shape.
The gray circle in test mode is an indication that the test mode maximum number of messages has been generated for the process. When a test execution begins to reach the maximum number of messages, Dell Boomi AtomSphere first limits the number of log messages, then limits the number of messages related to executing shapes, and then finally stops generating messages altogether. Warning messages appear on the process canvas to notify you that this is taking place. If a test execution can no longer generate messages related to the execution of shapes, then it is unknown as to whether those shapes executed successfully. The first untested shape is highlighted in dark gray. The shapes that follow have no highlighting.
