When using HTTP proxy configuration for atom, the Boomi atom has a property -Dhttps.nonProxyHosts for listing hosts that should bypass the HTTP proxy, as described at this link:

Does the configuration for SOCKS proxy support have a similar property in the atom?
The properties used for the atom are Java Properties and Java does not have a way of setting 'nonProxyHosts' for SOCKS proxies.

It may not be possible to exclude specified hosts in a socks proxy.
