Process with a Try/Catch before an email connector, runs to completion, but email notifications are not sent, and the process logs indicate that the email connector completed with errors.
The first thing to do is to confirm the email addresses do not end with a blank.  i.e. "name@mail.com; name2@mail.com; "
The space after the 2nd email address would ordinarily throw this type of error:

Caused by: 553-5.1.2 We weren't able to find the recipient domain. Please check for any 553-5.1.2 spelling errors, and make sure you didn't enter any spaces, periods, 553 5.1.2 or other punctuation after the recipient's email address. m8sm20280432qay.0 - gsmtp

Because the process had a Try/Catch prior to the mail connector, and because this error was considered a document level failure the process did not fail with the above referenced error, and continued to completion.
