How to use custom or third party .jar file in Groovy script

For local atoms, molecules, and atom clouds, you can reference custom Java classes that you developed outside AtomSphere by:

  1. Placing the jar file(s) in the ../<atom_installation_directory>/userlib/script (manually create the directory if it does not exist).
  2. Restart the atom runtime.
  3. Update your script to import the desired classes as you would normally:
    1. import com.my.custom.jar.MyClass;
