With the help of using a disk connector, it is possible to access several sub-directories under the main
root directory.
Configure the disk connector as follows :
  • Connection - represents the connection to the root directory just like \\10.172.6.148 \e$\Root
  • Operation - represents a Get action with file filter defined as a wildcard just like *.txt
Configure the connector parameters as follows :
  • Disk Directory - configure the sub directory just like \\10.172.6.148 \e$\Root\temp\test
  • File filter - just like *.txt
In order to write a file ,configure a Set properties shape to set the outbound disk file name.Using this solution,it eliminates the need to have many disk connectors, one for each sub-directory.
