I would like to Capture and Report the error message when the Try/Catch Shape Catches the error without failing the process.
Below are the steps to be done to capture the Error message:
  1. Configure a Message/Notify Shape in the Catch branch.
  2. Select document property as a parameter in the shape.
  3. Below the Property Type,Choose 'Try/Catch Message' under 'Meta Information/Base'.
  4. And place a {1} in the Message Body, which would be replaced with the Property Value(Error message). You can customize the Error Message by adding the below as an example:
    "Error in Try Branch: {1}"

Please refer to the document at the below URL that shows a similar setup

You must have noticed a Mail Connector Shape right after the Message Shape in the Pictures showing up in the Document at the above URL. So, If you would like to see an alert each time an error is captured, set up a Mail Connector with the required details.
