Applying Pending Updates did not update one or more of the connectors

Applying Pending Updates did not update one or more of the connectors. The below image shows this scenario. Pending Updates were successfully applied, except for the connector 'Atomsphere Partner API', the pending version will be listed under 'Pending Version' Tab:




Possible Cause:

Atom could not find appropriate files to push the update failing the attempt to apply pending updates on this connector, verify if there is a compressed car file for the specific connector under Atom_installation/connector/{connector-specific} folder, most likely this file is not found in this scenario.



  1. Execute a process that has the specific connector (here it's AtomSphere Partner API), well it should be fine even if the process fails at this connector. This step is important to make sure that necessary files are created under connector/folder. You can now verify that folder to ensure the files are available.
  2. Apply the pending updates. This time, the Connector Update should be successful.
