This article will show how to submit the process and/or component URL when submitting support cases.
Getting the Process and Component URL
1. Double-click the Process or Component under the Build tab to open this within AtomSphere.
2. The URL for that Process or Component will then be automatically displayed in the Address Bar of the browser.
3. Copy this URL and Paste it in a local text file for easy reference. You can then include it within your case submission or when you wish to send it to the support team.
As a best practice, be sure that no other non-related tabs are showing when you copy the URL that may refer to other non-related processes or components. The extra tabs open on the AtomSphere UI will add components and/or processes that may not be related and can be confusing when analyzing a support case.

Notice the URL listed when other component tabs are displayed. Each component open will add the Component ID to the URL string. Close the non-related tabs to make sure what you are submitting to support contains only the components needed for problem analysis.
