Your atom is no longer listed on your Atom Management page.
The atom, molecule, or cloud that has recently been working fine is no longer associated with your Boomi account.
Atom service has been deleted by accident and you would like it restored.
- You have checked the Process Reporting page and no new process executions on your deleted atom can be found.
- You have confirmed your atom is listed in grey or red text on the Process Reporting page.
- When you try to create an atom filter on the Process Reporting page, your atom is not available to be selected.
- You tried to run your process in test mode but your atom is not available to be selected.
Possible Error Messages
None; atom is just missing.
Create a Boomi Support case requesting your deleted atom to be restored, and make sure to include these pieces of information:
- Boomi Account Id
- Atom Name or Atom Id
Once the Boomi Support Engineer has notified you that your atom has been restored, then you should be able to see it listed on your Atom Management page.
The atom currently shows offline as a solid grey circle as its status on the Atom Management page.
The atom service will need to be started manually on the host machine where it is installed on.
After this is done, the atom should now show as a solid blue circle on the Atom Management page.
