There is a set of purge settings, each one doing a different purge or cleanup. There are also a set of directories, and there are no purge settings for those.
- Purge Schedule for Logs --> controls the logs directory
- Purge Schedule for Processed Documents --> controls the processed documents/data directory
- Purge Schedule for Temporary Data --> control the temp directory
- Purge History after X days --> controls the execution\history directory
Why does the 'execution\current' and the 'execution\recovery' directories not have specific purge settings or properties?
The execution\current directory cleans out as soon as the execution is moved to the history folder.
The execution\error and execution\recovery directories purge or clean out based on the fact, if the subsequent execution is successful, then the error will be purged, and if the execution was recovered, the the recovery folder will be purged. That is the reason the extra execution folders do not have specific purge settings properties .
