References to old connectors appear in Atom Management > Environment > Environment Extensions after attaching that process to an environment. Seen as below:

This generally happens when dealing with a process containing two identical connections in different shapes surfacing when one of them deleted and replaced. This results in a stale reference in the XML of the process for overrides.

To remove the duplicate reference, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the process which is throwing the stale reference.
  2. Open up the extensions tab in the process.
  3. Update any option in the Extensions Tab, save it. This will refresh the override section XML and rid the stale reference from the process.
  4. Undo the update that you just made (unless you intended to keep the change).
  5. Save and deploy process.

Note: Revisions prior to updating the XML through an edit of the extensions will still contain the stale reference, so be sure to perform again if you go back to an older revision.
