For users whose companies use SSO logins some additional steps may be needed for you to access your master Training Account. Make sure that you have an existing training account - see How do I get a master Training Account? (Master Training Accounts).
If you cannot access your master Training Account when logged in under your SSO, please email Dell Boomi's Education Services team (Boomi_Training@dell.com) with the following information:
- First Name and Last Name
- Company Name
- Your primary work email (this should be the email address you used to sign up for the Dell Boomi LMS)
- An alternate (personal) email address
Your alternate email address will be added as a User in your Training account. Once the User has been added, you should receive an email at your alternate email address with login credentials. You will be able to log in to the Boomi Platform and access your Training Account using your alternate email address.
