I am trying to use the Get Workers operation but when I look at the response data I do not see any of our custom fields (calculated fields) that we have built in Workday. Are these fields not accesible with Boomi?
I appreciate the quick reply. I think I was able to set it up as you mentioned above but I am still unable to see the calculated fields when mapping. Should I expect to see them in the mapping component or is there another way that I need to reference the calculated fields?
You should see the fields show up in the Field Override section of the Get Workers Response profile. The paths will be:
Ok I do see those but I guess I am not sure how I reference the multiple
calculated fields so that I can map them all.

I have tried a number of different things and I am still not having any luck mapping the multiple instances. Would you be able to provide more detailed instructions on how to do this?
Sure Keith Weaver, you'll want to open up the XML profile for the GetWorkers Response.
In the Types tab, add qualifiers for Field Name: Response_Data > Worker > Worker_Data > Integration_Field_Override_Data > Field_Referece > @Descriptor, the values of these qualifiers should be the names of your field overrides.
Back in the Data Elements Tab, add Instance Identifiers on the Response_Data > Worker > Worker_Data > Integration_Field_Override_Data element, where qualifier = field override. Add one instance identifier for every qualifier / field override you've configured.
Cheers and good luck.
Thanks Joe Remolona What you described is what I think I have already done (but I probably am missing something), but I am not getting any value for entityId on the xml document after the mapping step.
GetWorkers Response Profile
Looks correct to me - can you pinpoint the disconnect? Is there data in the Value field when it arrives at the map shape? Is there data in the Value field coming from Workday?
Joe Remolona, I figured it out. I had the wrong value for the @Descriptor qualifier. I found this by taking a closer look at the source document that was coming into the map step.
Thanks so much for your help
