Document Split Not working

I am trying to split an XML profile based on a child element three levels down. I created a special profile to read the XML and split it based on Level1/Level2/Level3. However, the document split shape is producing no data. What am I doing wrong?

Is your intent to retain levels 1 and 2 in each of the resulting documents? When I split I will almost always use the orignal profile that contains all the elements--have you tried that? What led you to create a special profile?
I would double check the element names (case sensitivity), path, namespaces, etc.
Are you able to share sample/conceptual input and output along with profile and split config?

I was able to resolve the issue, which turned out to be in the XML profile. The Level3 element was set with the "Max Occurs" set to 1, thus limiting the output to one item.
Regarding the comment of using the original profile: I have found that, if an XML schema has peer elements to the level that I want to split the document at, (i.e. other Level3 nodes of a different kind), then creating the new profile ensures that the split occurs the way I want, namely, ignorning the other kinds of Level3 nodes.
