I tried the following Java Script, NewPhone = Phone.replace( /\D/g, '' ); but it is not working... Any suggestions?

I realize this is a bit dated but saw this and wanted to follow up. Were you able to sort this out yet?
Your syntax looks correct including the regex non-digit metacharacter ( \D). I ran a simple test and was able to get this replace to work in a map function.
I assume you're using it in a map function? By "not working" do you mean it's throwing an error or not outputting a value or outputting an incorrect value?
