How do I find a number of records in Csv file using boomi?

I am trying to count the number of rows in the csv file.
I would really appriciate if any one can explain step by step process..

Here's one way of doing it. From the read shape, create a map that mapps from the inbound flat file profile, (profile that the inbound records match), to the same profile on the outbound side, using Boomi Suggests. (This will map the fields to each other without having to manually do the mapping.) Then map one of the elements of the inbound profile, that is guaranteed to always be present, to a user defined map function. In the map function create a numeric function of count. Use the input from the inbound profile as the item counted. Then add a set process property, and attached the result from the count function to the property value of the process property.
Then you have the ability to perform a get process property to verify your count.
