Does a process need to be re-deployed if all you are changing is the scheduler ? And does the Scheduled process need to be stopped and resumed ( via Atom Management ) ? Before or after the re-deployment ?

Hi Ted, yes, you currently need to redeploy any time a schedule is changed, but no need to stop/restart via Atom Management.

You will need to redeploy the process if the scedule is changed at the process level. However, if the schedule is extended using extensions (
), then any changes made to the schedule at the atom/environment level does not require a process redeployment.

The upcoming release on 9/5 includes some plans to implement the Scheduling Suite outside of the Build process. The Release Notes are available at the following link. More details on what these improvements will entail are to come.
