Why can I not retry a failed outbound email document?

We had issues with our email server.  The inbound document was succesfully processed and placed in its outbound directory.  The email outbound failed.  It doesn't seem like I can just retry the email - all I get is "View Document", not "Retry Document".  I cannot retry the inbound document because then I would get a duplicate file that has already been processed.

We are able to do this in Boomi 3.3.  Is this how Atomsphere works, or do we not have something set up properly?
