Can Boomi support HTTP preemptive (proactive) Basic Authentication?

Http Basic Authentication: Preemptive (Proactive) vs. Reactive
Reactive: this is the standard one:
1.     The client makes a request for a resource which needs authentication;
2.     The server returns an HTTP 401 Authorization Required response (indicating the authentication scheme and realm1;
3.     The client re-submit the request with an Authentication header;
4.     The server verifies client credentials and eventually returns the resource.
Preemptive: the client can preemptively pass the credentials on the first request. The server returns immediatly the resource (if the credentials are valid).
