Error when performing getSelectValue as part of Create Sales Order operation to look up an item based on the item name in NetSuite

I'm importing a custom quote object from Salesforce and trying to create a NetSuite sales order.  I have the product code in Salesforce mapped to the item Name attribute on the sales order, which causes Boomi to do a getSelectValue operation in NetSuite.  This should work fine, but I keep getting an error that the item is not found, even though it exists in NetSuite.  When I look at the XML response in NetSuite, it reads: Results are incomplete. You must provide a value for field entity.

I have the entity mapped in my mapping, so it should be passing a value to the connector.  Even when I specify a static value in the mapping, it still gives me the same error.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is there another way to lookup an item internal ID based on the item name in NetSuite that I'm missing?
