Hello,

I'm stuck... I'm trying to use document cache for the first time and I can't get it to work.  Here is a video showing my problem: http://screencast.com/t/o1cwmlHs3

Specifically:

GOAL: Transfer data between JIRA (XML profile) and SupportIQ (XML profile)
Reason for using document cache: I wanted to use the document cache to store all the possible JIRA statuses and then lookup the status name by using the ID.

I set my document cache as follows:User-added image

Then, I followed the document cache videa at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jdbhj7Hbx0

F
rom the video, I saw that you can "Add Cached Data" to your map (which I did):

User-added image

(I added it to the "bns0_RemoteIssue" node).

I then set the status id in the RemoteIssue to map to the status Index in my document cache:

User-added image

As a note, here is what my XML looks like:
bns0_RemoteStatus:

User-added image

The XML from my bns0_remoteIssue also has a "status" element:

User-added image

I'm not sure why this isn't working... I feel like I'm close, but something isn't working quite right...

Any ideas?

Thanks!
