My Process should produce a single CSV file, however it has three Decision steps, and so it produces three CSVs. Is there any way to avoid this or to merge these at the end?

I have a Process that queries multiple systems and should produce a single CSV file in the end. However, for each Decision step in the process, a separate CSV ends up being created. How can I avoid this? I just want a single CSV to always be produced.

For example, this Process has three Decision steps. So, if every criterion for every Decision is met...then three CSV files are produced. I've tried merging them through a Data Process step, I've tried sending all of them to a sub-process for merging, and no luck.
