Process info not loading to platform, and therefore not displaying in Process Monitor. Restart did not work. Process-Track folder not emptying. Suggestions?

We recognize that there is some slowness in the amount of time it is taking for some data to get uploaded from the atom to the platform. We are continuing to monitor this issue and are working to identify the root cause and are making improvements on the Boomi platform backend to increase the performance and alleviate this issue for you.

he issues related to poor performance with data displaying in Process Reporting should now be resolved.
Boomi is continuing to monitor the Process Reporting activity to ensure it maintains optimal performance.
