Adding a parameter from a child object to a start connector

I need to select Salesforce account records under certain conditions.  I have built a profile, SF_Account_Query_Response, for Salesforce Account records with child objects Contacts and a custom table Shipping_Locations__r.  I need to check the field LastModifiedDate in all three tables before running the process.  I am able to add the parameter from the Account table but don't see a way to get the fields from the other tables.  I believe that I would only be going down one level so I should be able to see them.  Is there a way to do this?
