We have an ID in Boomi that keeps getting locked, probably by a job because it gets locked same time daily.
We would like to know more about what is locking it e.g. IP that request originates from. I read that Dell retains a log that captures user login attempts / fails / successes for a period of time which is part of the general platform logs and not publically available. It is managed by the Dell Boomi team. Anyone know how I would go about requesting this log or finding more clues as to source of the lock?
