The "in" clause in database sql statements

SELECT * FROM EMPLOYEE WHERE EMP_ID IN (?)

The ‘?’ needs to be replaced with a list of EMP_IDs I am
reading from say a flat file

I tried all possible options I can think of to set the
parameter with a CSV value string including using custom groovy. Looking at
this forum link https://community.boomi.com/message/4933#comment-4933,
it seems this feature is not supported in Boomi and the workaround is to dump
values in a temp table and use SP to do data processing.

we really need support for this VERY COMMON occurance.

Writing a stored procedure for this common need is an overkill.
