The FTP Action 'Get and Delete' retrieves the file but is not deleting it. Please let me know if anyone came across this issue and suggestions to fix it.
Does the user credentials used to access the FTP server have permissions to delete?
Yes, I am able to delete files from FileZilla, using the very same account.
What are you seeing when you look at the log file? Is it stating the delete is successful?
Here is the log for the FTP connector (with 'Get and Delete' operation) shape:
There is no mention of the connector trying to delete the file. Please advise..
Okay to verify this is being set in your operation correct and you have permission to delete from the drive. Correct?
Yes, I am able to delete files using FileZilla using the exact same account credentials I am using in the FTP connector. This implies the account I am using has privileges to delete files.
Can we try a few things here:
1. Close the session on the fileizilla and then open a new session, login and see if you are still able to delete it.
2. Can you try running the same command from the command line on the atom server and see if the action is successful.
These 2 tests will help us understand the issue further.
