An odd behavior: A process is running slower second time, and quickly becomes slower dramatically

Question asked by SatyaKomatineni3761 on Apr 30, 2016

we have a molecule with 2 nodes. it is set to forked execution. it is on Linux. it has 6G of memory and a ton of temp space.

Now a 10,000 record run finishes in a few minutes.

Second run takes 15 minutes.

It comes to a crawl on the 4th or 5th run..

Any ideas, what we should look at in the molecule configuration?

Memory seem to be not heavily consumed. Nor temp space.
