Nulling a value in Salesforce

I'm spinning my wheels on this one.  I can get Boomi to generate the the following.  I see nothing as far as errors, but it does NOT null the Bitcoin_Discount__c field in Salesforce.

<MyData__c>

  <Id>a0136000002FzHM</Id>

  <My_Data_Id__c>00001</My_Data_Id__c>

  <Company_Name__c>Company A</Company_Name__c>

  <fieldsToNull>Bitcoin_Discount__c</fieldsToNull>

</MyData__c>

If I execute the following in SoapUI, it nulls out the Bitcoin_Discount__c.  What's the difference?

   <soapenv:Body>

      <urn:update>

            <urn:sObjects xsi:type="urn1:MyData__c">

                <urn1:Id>a0136000002FzHM</urn1:Id>

                <urn1:My_Data_Id__c>00001</urn1:My_Data_Id__c>

                 <urn1:Company_Name__c>Company A</urn1:Company_Name__c>

                 <urn1:fieldsToNull>Bitcoin_Discount__c</urn1:fieldsToNull>

            </urn:sObjects>

     </urn:update>

   </soapenv:Body>

Right now I just hard code a value to put into the field in the map in Boomi.

I have looked at How Do I 'Blank' Out a Field in an Application Request? which structures the Boomi xml a bit differently, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Can someone provide a Boomi xml example that does work and tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks,

Outcomes
