In the process call if we give tick mark on wait for process to complete why we should use process call if we want to wait for process to complete?
Here we give tick inorder to wait for an acknowledgement from the child process to come.
Hope this may be helpfull.
The process call allows to execute another process(sub process) with in the same process the return documents will return the data into parent process
there are two option here.
Wait for process to complete and abort if process fails
thank u for ur answer
Suppose if you unchecked 'Wait for process to complete' then if you find any errors in the child process then also the parent process execution will continue it doesn't matter about the child process here.
The subprocess call is considered a separate, distinct process execution with in a process.
Just a scenario to help understand-
Let's say you have a process where you have a branch doing below-
So if the sub process would not be ended by now , the inserts would not be done and so you won't get the unique ID for updates.
This is why we keep the subprocess to wait before moving ahead or abort if fails.
There could be several such scenarios to understand.
