Is there any way to access a document (let's say a flat file) in a subsequent execution from a previous run?
Interested in understanding your use case for this. Also, have you considered archive options with a specific file naming format.
How about storing the file to Disk in the first process and reading the same file in the second process from the Disk.

You must use Atmopsphere API feature in Boomi where you can read logs and executions of your process. And also, you can read the data files directly from Atom installation path, which you can connect as a disk.
