We are trying to use JMS connector as listener in our Boomi process where another application is dropping message in the IBM MQ and Boomi is picking up the messages.
Here we noticed in case of failure the message remains uncommitted in the queue and also the message cannot be seen in the queue or back out queue. But once we undeploy the message the message current queue depth increases. This shows the session remains open. This can be an issue if there are 100 messages sent they all fail then there will be 100 sessions that remain open.
So I think the JMS connector should take care to close the session in case of message failure as well.
