Processes don't run as scheduled/ Manual run not possible?

Has any one experienced the following?


  • None of the Boomi processes are running as scheduled.


  • A manual run isn’t possible either.


  • Even the direct test run in Build is stuck at the start forever.


  • Checked the SFAPI/ODATA API audit logs on SuccessFactors – no call made – so the processes didn’t run at all.


note: This is a process that connects to SuccessFactors and uses SuccessFactors ATOM Cloud.
