Is there a way by which we can write files to a remote folder where the atom is not installed?
I cant use ftp connection in this case as there are no ftp servers installed on that.
If remote folder is accessible from atom hosted server then you are able to use disk connector to connect that remote folder.
For ex: 18.104.22.168/test directory
Above directory should accessible from atom hosted server using run command.
The Disk connector can use a local path, Windows UNC path, or an NFS share on Unix. If you extend your network with a VPN (Virtual Private Network), you can directly access files on your trading partner's network.
The Disk connector requires the following:
A Dell Boomi Atom that is a process running as a particular user on the operating system. That user must have permissions on the file system to perform reads or writes.
A networked connection to data locations for shared resources.
A peer-to-peer or VPN configuration to access private networks.
Thank you Pavan and Rajasekhar. I was able to connect to it using a disk connector.
