Embed carriage return in payload

I'm working on a Salesforce to NetSuite OpenAir integration, and I need to populate an address field in OpenAir. The address field is a long text field, and contains the street on one line, and the city/state/zip on the next line.

In Salesforce, addresses are parsed out into separate fields - street, city, state, and zip are all separate fields.

I'm attempting to use a string append function to combine the Salesforce fields, but I can't seem to add in the necessary carriage return after the street. Unfortunately, this results in the address field in OpenAir being populated with Street City, State Zip all on one line.

Any suggestions? How can I append a carriage return?
