Why do I keep getting this error:  failed committing; Caused by: Queue operation failed

Hello Team,

 

I am getting the below error while running a sender process using a Atom Queue.

 

Process terminating -- some documents reached an exception which is set to halt all documents: Error page:340
Message: MessageSession[ABCDE-123456] failed committing; Caused by: Queue operation failed

I am getting this error constantly for all my executions. Do any of you have any idea why this could happen.
