See the following log file:

2016-09-08T01:10:33Z INFO Message Executing Message Shape with 3 document(s).
2016-09-08T01:10:33Z INFO Message Shape executed successfully in 3 ms.
2016-09-08T01:10:52Z INFO Process Call standalone start data, no return data Executing Process Call Shape with 1 document(s).
2016-09-08T04:20:34Z INFO Process Call standalone start data, no return data Shape executed successfully in 15 ms.
2016-09-08T04:29:00Z INFO Process Call passing in start data, receiving returned data Executing Process Call Shape with 3 document(s).

Notice how the Process Call executed in 15 ms but took 3 hours to say that!!

Between 1:10 and 4:20, the 3 hour span what do you think is going  on?

Appreciate your insight

1. is it because of any log rotations?

2. Threads not getting allocated?

3. Any internal boomi cleanup going on?

CPU, Memory etc all look very good.
