Message queuing issues on Cloud atoms

Hi,

I'm curious what your experience is when you open documents from the process management page. Or when you open the queue management page to, for example, retry some dead letters, view documents. With slow I mean 10-20 with peaks to 30-60 seconds or no response at all. 

 

I'm trying to get a better picture of this and we're already investigating timeout issues between the Boomi platform and local atoms. A another customer runs message queueing on the Atom cloud, and we see the same behaviour.

 

What's your experience? What should be an an average response?
