Hi All,

i wanted to generate one unique trans_id for each 5 records and sequential number for them.

lets say I have a Flat File which contains 13 records as follows

Source FF profile

id,Name

1,Shyam
2,Gyan
3,sande
4,sdf
5,asddf
6,ioweur
1,Shyam
2,Gyan
3,sande
4,sdf
5,asddf
6,ioweur

i wanted to make batch of 5 records(total 3 batch here) and wanted to assign sequential numbers to them along with one unique number for each batch like below output.

Target FF Profile

id,Name,Trans_id,Trans_No

1,Shyam,1,1
2,Gyan,1,2
3,sande,1,3
4,sdf,1,4
5,asddf,1,5
6,ioweur,2,1
1,Shyam,2,2
2,Gyan,2,3
3,sande,2,4
4,sdf,2,5
5,asddf,3,1
6,ioweur,3,2

I tried 1 methodologies

1) i am able to generate sequential numbers to trans_no field by using "line item increment" numberic function of Boomi

but not able to generate trans_id uniquely for every 5 records batch..

so can anyone please tell us the fesiable solution to generate trans_id uniquely for every 5 records batch..??.
