Environment access & assigned roles not working

There appears to be some issues going on with environment permissions. Environments with roles specified are no longer working as expected. Earlier today users couldn't see any environments (even though they had the environment(s) role assigned). Now, if the user has the standard user role assigned, they can see and modify ALL environments.


Anyone else noticing this in your account?
