Handling LDAP Create Response

I am using Boomi to  create a user in AD using the LDAP Connector.  After the call I get the LDAP response in the standard format:
<result>
<status>...</status>
<message>....</message>
</result>

The problem I face is, if there are multiple documents going to the connector, how can I tell which ones have been created successfully and which ones have failed.

The logic I am looking to achieve is continue processing the document (in a parent process) if it was successful.  Send an email if it failed due to a duplicate DN in AD and stop processing that doc or if it fails for any other reason, raise a support ticket using an HTTP call to a help-desk service and stop processing that doc.

Maybe I'm missing something obvious but I can't figure this out.  If the response from LDAP has no way of identifying itself with a particular document that was passed in, how do I know which ones failed.  Obviously I could turn on Flow Control and handle one doc at a time but I'm trying to avoid that inefficiency.

Any pointer would be greatly appreciated.
