I have subscribed for email alerts from Boomi and I am getting an error alerr email from the process that is not deployed. I thought alerts are only for deployed processes. Can anybody provide a feedback?
Thanks for all the feedback. I realized that a process had notify shape but the message in the shape could have been incorrect.
This is exactly what happened. for anybody who has similar issues, if a process is not deployed and you get emails, chances are you have incorrect message in the Notify shape.
You might want to check if the process is called as a sub-process from somewhere
I checked and this process is not being called as sub process
Correct, email alerts should only be sent for processes deployed to a production-class environment.
Can please you confirm how you are verifying the process is not deployed? Are you looking in Atom Management > select Atom > Deployed Processes?
So you had a deployed process with a Notify shape (configured to create Events) that contained an incorrect message that made you think it was coming from a different process?
Thanks for clarifying.
